What is MARPT?
MARPT is an immigration intelligence system focused on Colombia. It produces structured decision outputs—visa matches, requirements checklists, warnings, and explainers—based on jurisdiction-aware logic and official-source constraints.
How is MARPT different from a general AI assistant?

General assistants are optimized to generate fluent text. Immigration decisions are constraint problems.

MARPT is built around structured logic: it maps facts to visa categories, flags missing or risky elements, and produces checklists aligned to the real process. AI is used to explain results—within constraints.

Does MARPT guarantee visa approval?
No. MARPT does not and cannot guarantee approvals. Immigration decisions are made by government authorities and may involve discretion. MARPT helps you understand likely pathways, requirements, and risk factors so you can prepare a stronger case.
Is MARPT legal advice?
No. MARPT provides informational guidance only. It can support decision-making and case readiness, but it does not replace legal judgment. If you need legal advice, consult a qualified attorney.
What does the Advisor output?
The Advisor produces ranked visa pathways (when applicable), a structured checklist of typical requirements, risk and warning flags, and an explanation of what facts materially affect the outcome.
What does “jurisdiction-aware” mean?
It means MARPT is built for Colombian immigration categories and process reality. Outputs are shaped by the constraints that actually matter: category definitions, procedural requirements, and practical risk points—not generic templates.
Why is Spanish the “source of truth”?
Official Colombian immigration sources are published in Spanish. MARPT treats Spanish as the legal reference layer and uses English as an interpretation layer for clarity. If there is ever a mismatch, Spanish controls.
How does MARPT handle discretion and risk?
Immigration decisions may involve discretion and enforcement patterns. MARPT attempts to surface practical risk flags and common failure points when relevant—so you can plan follow-up questions, documentation, and timing more carefully.
Can I use MARPT if my case is complicated or unusual?
Yes—MARPT can help you structure the problem and identify likely pathways and missing evidence. For complex cases, we recommend using MARPT outputs as preparation for professional review rather than a final answer.
Do you store my answers or personal data?
MARPT aims to minimize data collection. For details on how data is handled, see Privacy and Security. If you have a deletion request, contact Support.
What should I avoid entering into the Advisor?
Avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information or document scans. Provide only what is needed to evaluate visa pathways and requirements. For document handling and privacy, consult Privacy.
How do subscriptions work? Can I cancel anytime?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access typically remains active until the end of your billing period. For details, see Billing.
What is your refund policy?
Refund and cancellation policies are described on Billing. If you believe there was a billing error, contact Support.
I’m a law firm. How do firms use MARPT?

Law firms use MARPT for intake triage and consistency:

  • Category fit and structured intake outputs
  • Documentation readiness checklists
  • Risk flags that guide follow-up questions
  • Client-facing explainers to reduce back-and-forth
  • Internal QA support for common edge cases

For licensing, see Enterprise Licensing.

Can MARPT integrate into a firm’s workflow?
MARPT is designed around structured outputs that can support internal intake and QA. For enterprise usage and workflow discussions, see Enterprise Licensing or contact Support.
