One-Time Assessments

One-time assessments provide immediate access to AI-generated analysis. Because the service is delivered instantly, these purchases are generally non-refundable once results are generated.

Subscriptions (Monthly / Annual)

You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

• No automatic prorated refunds for unused time
• Refunds may be considered if no meaningful usage occurred

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experienced a billing error, contact us and we’ll resolve it promptly.
