MARPT

Partner Terms

Effective Date: March 2, 2026

Scope

These Partner Terms apply to organizations and professionals participating in the MARPT partner program, including Founding Partner and any future partner offerings. These terms are separate from the general Terms of Service for end users.

Relationship

Partners are independent third parties. MARPT does not control partner services, legal strategy, filings, communications with government authorities, or case outcomes. Nothing in this agreement creates an employment, agency, joint venture, or partnership relationship between MARPT and a partner.

No Legal Advice; No Outcome Guarantees

MARPT provides informational decision-support tools. MARPT does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee any immigration outcome, approval, processing time, or government decision. Final decisions are made solely by government authorities and may involve discretion.

Program Deliverables

Depending on the partner track and capacity, MARPT may provide:

Partner Responsibilities

Partners agree to:

Privacy and Data Handling

Where MARPT shares lead details with a partner, it is intended to occur only after a user provides explicit consent to share their contact information. Partners must handle personal data securely and comply with applicable privacy laws. Partners should not submit sensitive identifiers into MARPT feedback tools (e.g., passport numbers, national ID numbers, full names, addresses).

Outcome Feedback

If a partner track includes outcome feedback, partners agree to submit high-level, non-identifying updates (e.g., approval/denial status and broad reason categories). This feedback is used to improve MARPT matching and risk warnings over time. MARPT does not require confidential case files or sensitive personal identifiers.

Fees and Billing

Partner fees (if applicable) are described during onboarding or in the applicable plan description. Fees may vary based on placement, category fit, and capacity. Unless explicitly stated, partner fees do not include any promise of a specific number of leads, consultations, or signed clients.

Suspension or Removal

MARPT may suspend or remove a partner listing if the partner violates these terms, misrepresents MARPT, engages in deceptive practices, or creates material risk to users. MARPT may also adjust placement due to capacity, category fit, or quality considerations.

Changes

These Partner Terms may be updated over time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
